The owner of this 1987 home wanted to remodel the kitchen and dining room into a more open entertaining space. Instead of the usual rectangular island, McCreedy-Ruth Construction incorporated the wall that looks over the living room to create a unique center work space with an abundance of storage as well as roomy seating area.
